In Part 2 we delve into the creative process and spiritual evolution, underscoring the significance of openness to new experiences as a conduit for creativity. We stress the idea of being a receptive channel for both creative inspiration and universal energy. Austin and Adam advocate for drawing inspiration from diverse sources, using music as a means to grasp abstract emotions. Encouraging a present mindset, they discourage preconceived notions, urging experimentation with new sounds and ideas.

Throughout, we have a consistent emphasis on staying true to one’s artistic identity and finding beauty in collaborative endeavors with others.

EPISODE 3 - Part 1

In this episode, I invite my friends Emma & Katherine to talk about their unconscious past and lessons learned. Emma discusses her experiences with her parents, who are immigrants and how strict they were with rules and fear. As a result, Emma was initially a loner and not allowed to have friends which later in life she discovered her identity as a risk-taker and pursued a career as an artist. Emma reflects on how this experience taught her to learn from her past decisions and find a balance in her life.

EPISODE 3 - Part 2

I talk about my experience being adopted and how it influenced my perception, identity and how it fueled my personal growth by making me more introspective. I also share about depression, suicidal thoughts and a recurring dream that involves wishing upon a wishing well, which led me to meet a spiritual teacher and discover more about myself and this incarnation. We also explore the negative experiences we have had in our lives and the role of past lives in shaping our current one.

We reflect on our experiences with vulnerability, past lives, and our current path and past selves. Katherine also discusses how she gained insight from a past life regression and her belief in reincarnation. We also talk about our desire to be more authentic and compassionate while creating a harmonious experience for ourselves and those around us. We reflect on the importance of vulnerability, being truthful to oneself, and the power of art to inspire and connect people.

We explore the concept of not having a soulmate and the benefits it can bring. We also talk about encouraging others to consider what their lives would be like without something they desire, in order to gain clarity on their goals and desires.

I also express my enthusiasm for this perspective and how it allows me to explore different paths and find the contrast. We conclude by describing this approach as an incredible free flowing experience.

We dive into various topics ranging from generational trauma and creativity to adventure, dancing, and past obsessions. We discuss the importance of pushing boundaries and going deep into darkness to create compelling drama, as well as my love for film noir and old Hollywood aesthetics. We emphasize the need to step out of comfort zones and fully immerse ourselves in visceral experiences like cliff diving and roller coasters. We also talk about the importance of being fully alive and present to receive inspiration and ideas for our artistic endeavors.

We share personal stories of growth and self-discovery, highlighting the importance of letting go of toxic mindsets and embracing detachment.

In this first episode we reflect on the journey of personal growth and the importance of embracing imperfections and failures.
